Into the Black is a terrifying Halloween Experience featuring a Haunted Market coming to Haven City this Memorial Day weekend. Follow in the footsteps of a paranormal investigative team as they explore the infamous "Black House"- an eerie Victorian mansion that once housed a family notorious for Devil Worship. Are you brave enough to explore the Black House? Groups of 1-2 guests will be allowed to venture Into the Black and to discover what lies within. After you survive the "Black House" you will immediately enter the macabre Haunted Market featuring dark and spooky vendors.
COVID-19 WARNING: The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. As a result, federal, state, and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people. Into the Black has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, Into the Black cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19. Further, attending Into the Black could increase your risk of contracting COVID-19. By purchasing a ticket and entering the event, you assume ALL risk.
OUR PROMISE TO YOU: The Into the Black team is dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all of our guests, cast, and crew. We are implementing timed ticketing in order to prevent the congregation of groups of people. We will be conducting temperature checks on all guests, cast, and crew before they are allowed inside of the event space. All guests, cast, and crew will be asked a series of Covid-19 related questions before they are allowed inside of the event space. All ticket sales will take place online in order to reduce person-to-person contact. Social distancing of six feet is required and will be implemented throughout the event space, we will have numerous visual markers to help guests, cast, and crew remain socially distanced. Face coverings that cover the nose and mouth are required to be worn at all times by guests, cast, and crew while inside of the event space. Hand sanitizer stations will be readily available throughout the event space. We are implementing a high frequency cleaning and sanitizing schedule that will take place every 15 minutes inside of the event space. If any guests, cast, or crew choose to violate our Covid-19 precautions, they will be immediately removed from the event space. We do not offer refunds.
In the event the venue cancels an event, you will be refunded within 4 business days of the event date for your purchase.
