⏰ Our hours of operation are as follows: (The Black Forest may open later than 7:00 PM on nights early on in the season due to lighting conditions; it must be dark out)

• Thursdays and Sundays: OPEN at 7:00 PM & CLOSE at 9:00 PM
• Fridays and Saturdays: OPEN at 7:00 PM & CLOSE at 11:00 PM

• To accommodate the high demand on Friday and Saturday nights, haunt entrance lines will close promptly at 11:00 PM. Ensure you are in line by this time to secure entry. We endeavor to guide all visitors through both haunts before closure. In the event that this isn't feasible, any purchased ticket remains valid for the current season. Purchasing a ticket signifies acceptance of this policy. Additionally, we retain the right to cease ticket sales before 11:00 PM due to crowd size and capacity considerations.
