The Dark Drafts Festival
A Weekend of Authors and Ales
Immerse Yourself in the World of Horror Literature at Bube’s Brewery!
January 22–24, 2027 at Historic Bube’s Brewery
Dark Drafts returns for another weekend celebrating horror, dark fiction, gothic literature, and the authors who bring our nightmares to life.
Set within the wonderfully atmospheric halls, cellars, and catacombs of historic Bube’s Brewery, Dark Drafts brings readers and writers together for a weekend unlike the traditional book festival. Meet an incredible collection of authors, discover your next favorite read, explore the brewery, and settle in for a weekend where books, beer, history, and the macabre collide.
The festival begins Friday evening and continues throughout Saturday and Sunday, with author signings, special events, VIP experiences, food and drink, and evening entertainment extending the experience well beyond the signing tables.
Whether you come to meet a favorite author, fill your shelves with something wonderfully unsettling, or simply spend a winter weekend among people who appreciate the darker side of storytelling, there is a place for you at Dark Drafts.
Secure your tickets today for a weekend of thrills, chills, and unforgettable memories!
