The ticket holder voluntarily assumes any and all risks and dangers associated with participation in our Haunted Attraction. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into The Haunted Farm, I hereby acknowledge I have read the RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND DAMAGE WAVIER. I do not or will I hold The Haunted Farm and/or affiliates of this event responsible for any or all damages, including mental, emotional and psychological suffering, past, present or future, or any and all loss of property, and/or injury or death to myself while visiting the The Haunted Farm Attraction.
I AFFIRM, that I fully understand and acknowledge the risks of participating in this event and hereby forfeit all my rights to penalty and any/or all lawsuits, liability, civil, medical, and/or any other legal actions against the stated parties.
The ticket holder agrees to release its operator, its parent corporations, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and landlord from any liability, harm, injury, or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly from attending The Haunted Farm Haunted Attraction.

No refunds or returns.
Cancellation Policy:
Tickets purchased are for this event only. Tickets cannot be redeemed for any other events*. Refunds are absolutely not available unless the event is cancelled. If an event is cancelled due to weather, you may use your ticket for another night of "LOVE YOU TO DEATH 3" only. If there are no remaining event dates, you're purchase will be refunded within 4 business days.
