Refund Policy:

NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS. Zombie Purge Bus tickets are for specific times. Plan to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to scheduled time and check in at the ticket trailer for access pass. Krampus's Lair, Bad Santa Riot Room and Reindeer Shooting Gallery tickets may be redeemed at any operating time for the date purchased.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event the venue cancels an event, you will be refunded within 4 business days of the event date for your purchase.
