Dark Woods’ original outdoor haunt returns from a flood of muck and mud with an even longer trail filled with new thrills!

You’ve never seen Dark Woods like this! Dead Fall Trail, a nightmare of carnage, winding over 1/3 mile, where havoc is unleashed as guests navigate a portion of the derelict woods, falling victim to cruel creatures and deplorable killers. New sets, scenes and characters join the expanded trail this year in an immersive, themed experience with character actors, detailed costuming, realistic sets and Hollywood-style special effects. 

Boogie Returns with The Dark Carnival in 3D

Enter an evolving, mind-bending, terror-filled world in Dark Woods’ theatrical black-light thriller. Dark Carnival in 3D, brings a new brand of terror to the Big Top with a 3D Black-light Haunt. Enter Boogie’s nightmare and bring a little horror home with you. Victims will be immersed in an experience unlike any other, complete with state of the art special effects, sounds and lighting in the area’s first ChromaDepth® 3D attraction. Monsters are real and they come alive at night in the twisted halls of the Dark Carnival’s maze.

And remember, Boogie thinks mayhem is a laughing matter.

Tickets purchased online or at the box office are valid for any open night through the 2017 Halloween season.

Dark Woods Haunted House is located at 4343 University Parkway in Natchitoches, Louisiana between I-49 and Northwestern State University, just 1.5 miles from interstate.

Visit DarkWoodsHaunt.com, for complete information or purchase yours at the box office anytime between 6:00 pm and midnight on open nights beginning September 22, 2017. Ticket office and $5 parking with free shuttle service opens a half hour earlier at 6:00 pm and will close at 12 midnight. Main gate opens at 6:30 pm. The Dark Carnival in 3D opens at 7 pm and the Dead Fall Trail opens at Dark.
