Deans Haunted Mansion IS CLOSED FOR THE 2023 HAUNT SEASON!!!!

Warning!

Prior to entering the haunted house, you will be asked to sign a waiver. If you are unwilling to meet these terms, you will not be allowed to enter.

Deans Haunted Mansion DOES NOT offer refunds.

You will encounter intense sounds, flashing lights, fog machines, dark rooms and actors trying to scare you. 

You should NOT ENTER a haunted house if you suffer from asthma, heart conditions, prone to seizures, physical ailments, respiratory or any type of medical problem, or are pregnant or suffer from any type of mental disease including claustrophobia.

Deans Haunted Mansion is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property. If you believe you have lost property in the haunted house please leave your contact information with a staff member outside in any area and at the exit. Please understand that lost personal property may not be retrieved until after closing or the next day, but we will make every effort to help you retrieve what was lost!

Haunted House Rules

1. No smoking or open flames of any kind inside the building.
2. No food or drink allowed inside the attraction.
3. No video or photography allowed without written approval 
4. No running or rough housing inside the attraction.
5. Our actors will not purposefully touch you. Do not purposefully touch our actors. This is for your safety as well as ours. Be mindful that in many cases our spaces do get tight as part of the experience.
6. Do not use any devices to illuminate your way in the haunted house; this ruins well planned effects and changes the experience for other guests.
7. Be aware that you may be videoed or photographed and you will be seen on Social Media.
8. If you start fighting in line, throwing objects or acting like your going to hit one of my actors you will be escorted off the property by the Fort Gaines, Police Dept.
9. Smoking, cigarette lighters, and outside alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.
10. BY VISITING THE PROPERTY, YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS RELATED TO EXPOSURE TO COVID-19

• Prices and operating schedule are subject to change without notice.
• All attractions are subject to temporary maintenance, safety or inclement weather shutdowns.
• In the event of an fire, power outage, bomb threat, a violent stand up/heist, or any type of false alarm that causes Deans Haunted Mansion to shut down, Deans Haunted Mansion is not responsible for issuing a refund to ticket holders.
• Deans Haunted Mansion is not responsible for issuing refunds should the event close down as required by the state or county due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
