• TICKETS CAN BE PURCHASED ONLINE AT DEMENTEDFX.COM, WE ALSO HAVE LIMITED GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS AVAILABLE AT THE DOOR.
• General admission tickets are only valid for the night purchased. You can arrive at any point on that particular date during our open hours; you can find our full schedule, estimated wait times and more at dementedfx.com
• VIP Tickets: Your group size booked can be your group size going through the haunt. *If you would like a group size of only 2, please book VIP Tickets for one of our available Thursday or Sunday timeslots. Due to time limitations on Friday and Saturdays, requests for a group smaller than 6 may be accepted/rejected based on current wait times.
• This intimate group option is only available if you make your request known at the entrance to the walkthrough door and book VIP.

Please bring your tickets to the haunt on your phone or printed. Your ticket is only valid for the date you purchased, no refunds. General admission tickets are for the general admission line, this is a first come first served style waiting area.
