Your ticket will grant you a one-time entry into "Evidence of Evil Haunted Attraction." Please take your time, participate, and enjoy your experience! The attraction will take you approximately thirty (30) minutes to navigate.

Your ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please be sure to select your desired date and time before making a purchase. The attraction is rated PG-13 and children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Please be advised that our group size maximum is 6 guests. This size will ensure you receive the best experience in each interactive scene.

We do operate in light rain. The attraction only closes if weather creates unsafe conditions for our guests and staff. Please plan and dress accordingly. If we close due to rain, you can log back into HauntPay (where you purchased your tickets) and select a new date and time to attend the attraction.

FAQ

How much is a ticket to Evidence of Evil?

Each ticket is $28. Each ticket grants the holder a ONE TIME entry into the attraction. The event runs from September 27 until November 2 – all tickets will be honored within those dates. If you wish to go through again, you must purchase another ticket. Tickets are timed, so please be on time. If you miss your time slot, you may not be able to enter the attraction. A portion of our proceeds are donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Where do I park?

Please pull into the main entrance and follow the instructions given to you by our parking staff. Please note, parking is limited.

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND CARPOOLING. Please be aware that the impacts of weather conditions can change the availability of parking. For the consideration of all attendees, please do not loiter in the parking lot before or after your time slot.

Is this haunted attraction for children?

The attraction is rated PG-13. Children under 16 years of age MUST be accompanied by an adult. No exceptions.

Is the haunted attraction indoor or outdoor?

We are an outdoor attraction in the woods with exposure to the elements. You may encounter wet and uneven terrain and some may find the environment physically demanding. We do operate in light rain. Please plan and dress accordingly. Please wear appropriate footwear.

Is this a normal haunted attraction?

No. We strive to have an interactive element to our show.

What do you mean by “Interactive”?

You will not be walking through our show like a typical haunted house. You will be asked to participate in scenes. This can range from chanting along with actors, moving objects, or finding a key element to move onto the next scene. Some may find the environment to be physically demanding as some guests may need to crawl, touch items within the haunt, and find themselves victim to a variety of scares. Be prepared for anything! Remember, nothing will harm you or touch you inside our attraction – have fun with it!

Will the actors touch you?

Actors will NEVER touch customers. We are an interactive experience and you may be asked to touch props, but not people.

Can I smoke or vape?

We are a drug and alcohol free attraction. There is absolutely no smoking or drinking on the property. Evidence of Evil reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who violates this policy or poses a threat to our staff and other guests. A violation of this policy will result in removal from the attraction WITHOUT refund.

Can I leave if I am too scared?

Yes, simply tell a staff member that you are too scared to continue and you will be escorted out of the attraction. Be reminded, there are no refunds once a ticket is purchased. Be brave! You got this!

Can I buy a ticket at the door?

No. All tickets must be purchased in advance via our website. Please plan accordingly! All sales are final. No Refunds.

Can I take pictures inside?

No. Please do not take pictures while inside the attraction. Any form of outside light can hurt our actors eyes and ruin the experience for those around you. Pictures may be taken in the queue area.

Is there any food or drink?

Please understand that no food or drink will be allowed inside the attraction. However, Lyman Orchards has multiple areas for you to get some tasty food and drinks! Be sure to check out 1741 Pub and Grill before or after you visit the attraction!

Event Rules and Agreement

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Failure to adhere to these terms and conditions will result in immediate ejection from the property WITHOUT refund.

1. Your ticket is a revocable license and may be taken and admission refused without refund of purchase price. Holder of this ticket understands that there is inherent risk involved with attending this attraction. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation in this attraction. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into this attraction, holder agrees to release the operator, its parent corporations, affiliates, officers, directors, volunteers, employees and landlord from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly from attending this attraction or any of the attractions at this location.
2. WARNING: This is an outdoor attraction. This highly controlled environment could be deemed "physically demanding" for some; you may encounter uneven terrain/dirt. Activities may involve bending, kneeling, reaching, and/or crawling. Participants will find themselves in frightening situations. The activity will involve special effects such as STROBE lighting, low lighting, light water spray, air gusts, claustrophobia, sudden actions, loud music/sound effects. Some may find aspects of the haunted attraction to be "disturbing." We advise that young children do not take part in this activity. You should not enter this activity if you are pregnant or suffer from any physical or mental ailments such as heart conditions, epilepsy, asthma, vertigo, respiratory conditions, or any intense phobia. DO NOT enter the attraction if you are intoxicated, wearing any form of medical cast or brace, using canes or crutches, or have any form of physical limitations. Do not enter the attraction if you are using drugs of any type. You will not be admitted if any of these conditions are observed by staff.
3. You agree not to touch any actors inside the activity (and they will NOT touch you). You agree to not damage any property of Evidence of Evil, LLC or Lyman Orchards.
4. There is no smoking anywhere on the property
5. No food or drink will be permitted inside the attraction
6. Do not run or climb on any props while inside the attraction
7. Do not turn on any form of light!
8. No masks will be allowed inside the event
9. Leave any unnecessary items in your vehicle or at home. Evidence of Evil reserves the right to inspect all bags, packages, purses, fanny packs, backpacks of any type.
10. Weapons, sharp objects, lighters, and illegal contraband are not allowed on the property, and you will not be admitted if you are carrying any of these items.
11. Evidence of Evil LLC and Lyman Orchards will not be held liable in any instance of lost, stolen, or damaged/broken property. Leave any unnecessary items in your vehicle or at home.
12. You must abide by all instructions given by Evidence of Evil LLC at all times. Failure to do so will result in your immediate removal from the property.
13. You will be refused entry if you appear to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.
14. We reserve the right to refuse entry if we believe you pose a threat to our actors or other guests.
15. You authorize Evidence of Evil LLC to record and edit all event related materials such as your name, likeness, image, voice, and participation inside the attraction. The recordings may be edited and otherwise altered at the sole discretion of Evidence of Evil LLC and used in part for any and all broadcasting or exhibition purposes in any manner or media, in perpetuity, throughout the world.
16. Evidence of Evil LLC may use and authorize others to use all or parts of the recordings of this event. Evidence of Evil, its successors and assigns shall own all right, title, and interest, including copyright. These recordings will be used and disposed of without limitation as Evidence of Evil shall in its sole discretion determine.
17. We will NOT tolerate harassment of any type towards other guests or staff members for their choosing to wear or not wear a mask (pursuant to state mandates, if any). Anyone engaging in this behavior will be asked to leave the property without refund.
