Everyone enters through the tall skeletons, both on-line buyers and in person buyers. Look for them in the parking lot
Timed tickets mean you get in line at the time you purchase, you will have a wait time, this just allows us to shorten it. The Fast Pass line is always much shorter as we only sale a certain amount of tickets for that line. The Fast Pass line begins after entering through the skeletons and getting your online ticket scanned. Do not go directly to the haunt building, but start at the line through the skeletons.
No knives, guns or vapes allowed in the haunt. Please keep at home or safely in your car.

Cancellation Policy:
An event can only be canceled by the venue and/or event organizer. If the venue or event organizer cancels an event, you will be refunded within 4 business days of the event date for your purchase.
