Rules & Important Information:

• Our characters will practice safe social distancing and wear masks. Please ensure that all members of the household also respect social distancing. Our creepy characters may not be touched.
• Your delivery is guaranteed for the day you booked. We will provide a 2-hr estimated window of time for your delivery 24 hours in advance.
• If there is no answer, we will leave your package on the porch. We are not responsible for lost or stolen goodies.
• Our characters are not permitted to enter homes. Please make arrangements for dad to meet us at the door.
• At this point, we can only offer delivery within the city of Calgary or Airdrie. If you're interested in delivery to surrounding communities, please email [email protected] and we'll see what we can do.
• If delivering to a business, we are not responsible for any interruption to business. It is your responsibility to ensure you have permission from the business owner prior to ordering.
• We are not responsible for injury or illness resulting from this activity.
