ACTORS WILL NEVER TOUCH YOU. · THIS EVENT IS IN AN OUTDOOR ENVIRONMENT SO PLEASE WEAR STURDY SHOES FOR PROTECTION · NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS ON PREMISES · NO SMOKING, NO VAPING · NO FLASHLIGHTS · NO PETS · PLEASE NOTE: STAFF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY ENTRY OR REMOVE ANY PERSON(S) FROM THE ATTRACTION WHO APPEAR TO BE AND/OR DISPLAY QUESTIONABLE BEHAVIOR THAT WOULD AFFECT THE SAFETY AND/OR ENJOYMENT OF THEIRS AND/OR OTHERS’ EXPERIENCE. A MAXIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE IN A GROUP WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE HAUNT AT A TIME AND YOU MAY BE GROUPED WITH OTHER PATRONS. NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF FIVE IS ALLOWED INSIDE THE HAUNT REFRAIN FROM VULGAR/ABUSIVE LANGUAGE OR YOU MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES IMMEDIATELY: NO REFUNDS YOU WILL BE EXPOSED TO OUTDOOR ELEMENTS, STROBE LIGHTS, LOW LIGHTING, TIGHT SPACES, UNCOMFORTABLE/DISTURBING SCENES, AND LOUD SOUNDS: NO REFUNDS Holder of this ticket understands that there is inherent risk involved with attending these attractions. IVESMA properties LLC is not responsible for any loss, stolen and/or damaged possessions of patrons while on the premises of the attraction. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation in this attraction. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into these attractions holder agrees to release the operator, affiliates, directors and employees and landlords from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly, from attending all attractions at this location.

Cancellation Policy:

If the venue gets canceled due to a rain out you can use your tickets for any other available open night during the 2022 haunt season. If the venue cancels the event for any other reason you will be refunded within 4 business days.
