ACTORS WILL NEVER TOUCH YOU. · THIS EVENT IS IN AN OUTDOOR ENVIRONMENT SO PLEASE WEAR STURDY SHOES FOR PROTECTION · NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS ON PREMISES · NO SMOKING, NO VAPING · NO FLASHLIGHTS · NO PETS · PLEASE NOTE: STAFF RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY ENTRY OR REMOVE ANY PERSON(S) FROM THE ATTRACTION WHO APPEAR TO BE AND/OR DISPLAY QUESTIONABLE BEHAVIOR THAT WOULD AFFECT THE SAFETY AND/OR ENJOYMENT OF THEIRS AND/OR OTHERS’ EXPERIENCE. IVESMA properties LLC d/b/a The Hot Sauce House is not responsible for any lost, stolen and/or damaged possessions of patrons while on the premises of the attraction. Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers associated with participation in this attraction. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into these attractions holder agrees to release the operator, affiliates, directors and employees and landlords from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly, from attending all attractions at this location. Online tickets guarantee entry on the date selected but do not provide front-of-the-line access. Guests purchasing online will enter in the same order as those buying at the door. Please arrive early to ensure the best possible experience.

Cancellation Policy:

Our event operates rain or shine. In the event of severe weather or unsafe conditions that force a closure, your ticket will be valid for another event night of your choice within the same season. Tickets are non-refundable. If a night is canceled, you must retain your original ticket to redeem it for another date. Capacity is limited each night, so re-entry is first come, first served.
