Please arrive as close to the start of your time slot as possible. This will help us keep everyone's wait in line as short as possible.
We only sell so many tickets per time slot. Once a time slot is sold out, it is sold out for the evening. Our goal is to keep everyone's wait in line to 45 minutes or less.
When you arrive you will check in at the ticket table and receive a paper ticket and then at your time slot you will be released to the main line.

An event can only be canceled by the venue and/or event organizer. If the venue or event organizer cancels an event, you will be refunded within 4 business days of the event date for your purchase.
