Tickets purchased for 2022 season are good any day or time that we are open until October 31. If your online ticket purchase is completed, you will be emailed tickets that can be printed or scanned from your phone (check your spam folder). If tickets are not emailed, your transaction most likely did not go through completely. A pending charge on your account if the transaction isn't completed will disappear within several business days in the event of an incomplete transaction.
An event can only be canceled by the venue and/or event organizer. If the venue or event organizer cancels an event, you will be refunded within 4 business days of the event date for your purchase.
