This is a Timed Ticketing Event!
Tmed online tickets are meant to spread out the customers and help with parking and waiting lines. A ticket for a specific time does not absolutely guarantee that you will board at that exact time but understand that each cycle of wagons takes approximately 90 guests out of the line, so it does move quickly. Timed ticketing means you will select a time of arrival to stop and check in at the Admissions Window. Time ticketing helps with an even flow of people. It does not mean there will be NO wait. But it cuts down on the wait time significantly.
Example of timed ticketing:
Ticket time purchase is from 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm.We ask that you arrive during that half-hour time slot to check in your online ticket(s) at the Admissions Window.You will be given an actual hard copy attraction ticket when you check in. This ticket is needed to enter the queue line and get on the hay-wagon to go through the attraction.

Policies
Refund Policy:
In the event of inclement weather, for the safety of our patrons and actors, we reserve the right to move the hayride ride to the following weekend. Please plan accordingly, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS!
Cancellation Policy:
An event can only be canceled by the venue and/or event organizer. If the venue or event organizer cancels an event, you will be refunded within 4 business days of the event date for your purchase.
