🎃 ADMISSION
Please print your ticket or have it ready to display on your mobile device prior to entry. One barcode will scan for multiple tickets if purchased.
All tickets are general admission tickets. Gates open at 6:00 PM and will close promptly at 10:30 PM (9:00 pm on Halloween night). Attendees will be queued on a first-come, first-served basis within their reserved time frames. The first group of attendees will enter the attraction at approximately 7:00 PM.
Attendees should arrive during the time frame listed on their tickets. Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the start time and no later than the end time on your ticket. For example, attendees with tickets reserved for 7:00 PM - 7:30 PM should arrive no earlier than 6:45 PM and no later than 7:30 PM. Late arrivals cannot be admitted. Please plan accordingly.
Tickets must be purchased by persons 18 years of age or older. All children must be accompanied by a paying adult.

An event can only be canceled by the venue and/or event organizer. If the venue or event organizer cancels an event, you will be refunded within 4 business days of the event date for your purchase.
