The United Territories of California used the defeat in New Texas to rally their civilian population, and Secured a contract with PMC Wraith by promising Texan wealth in return. With the captured data mining sites NTR was able to come into the resources of purchasing Ares turning the tides and immediately granting NTR precious intel with intimate details regarding a coming invasion force of civilians.
