We are open tonight 10/31 Halloween! Que line opens at 7pm, first wagons go out at 7:30pm. The forecast is passing showers so please dress appropriately. We will see you tonight!
Come see Cyrus Grain as he terrorizes everyone who visits his family's land during this 25-30 minute haunted hayride through greenhouses, open fields, past the Grain family homes and along the old abandoned ridge. This Hayride is great for all ages, while waiting for your wagon you can take pictures with different characters, and watch the 5 minute pre-show.
Our Attraction is 100% entirely outdoors!
Please check the hours we are open if you are purchasing tickets for the following dates. 9/30, 10/1, 10/2, 10/7, 10/8, 10/9 10/16, 10/23, 10/30, 10/31. On these night the que line opens at 7pm and you must be on line 30 minutes before our scheduled closing time. So you can arrive anytime between 7pm (if you would like to get on an earlier ride) but please arrive no later than 30 min before our scheduled closing time. For example if we are open 7:30pm-10pm you can come as early as 7pm but no later than 9:30 to guarantee that you get on a wagon.
If you are purchasing tickets for any of the following dates 10/14, 10/15, 10/21, 10/22, 10/28, 10/29. On these dates YOU are choosing your ride time, and you should be on property in the loading area 15 minutes before the time you select. For example if you choose 9:30 pm, then make sure your entire group is in the loading area at 9:15pm. DO NOT arrive more than 30 minutes early for YOUR selected time slot, this will cut down on our customers having to wait in long lines on our busier nights.
All interactive props are sanitized after EVERY use. (you do not have to participate in the interactive scenes if you choose not to)
****The GPS address of 156 Summit Ave Montvale will bring you to a unavailable driveway approx 200 feet away from our loading area, please pull up to the DePiero Farmstand driveway our entrance and parking is off of Craig Road and free parking is available across the street in office parking lot. Thank You!

Refund Policy:
No Refunds or Returns once the ticket is purchased. If Event is cancelled due to weather check our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event your scheduled night was cancelled due to weather, you can reschedule your ride time on any night of equal or lesser ticket value, for instance if you purchased a ticket for general admission $29 face value ticket before taxes and fees, you can choose any available timeslot for another $29 night. You would NOT be able to select a premier night at $32.00 without being charged the difference in price. Any questions just email us for further explanation. If you purchased tickets for our final night, 11/4/23 and that night gets cancelled due to weather, you will be refunded within 4 business days.
