The Golden Age of the Ghost Story Returns…
Come experience THE REVISIONISTS: A HAUNTED GOTHIC WALK AT ROCKWOOD. This is without a doubt, the area’s most original Fall/Halloween event! This PERENNIAL SELLOUT is an amazing experience is based on an all-handwritten Gothic inspired ghost story that changes each and every year. The ghost story/walk leads through Rockwood’s historic property and is led by a character known as a “Revisionist,” a person that retains the innate ability to speak with the unliving, to hear what sent them, and at times help to reveal and rewrite their circumstances and untimely demise. Revisionists will lead each 90 minute tour (in character) by lamplight, tell the never-before-heard stories, and interact with a mix of FIVE professionally acted vignettes..
Don't miss this one-of-a-kind event co-sponsored by New Castle County and Rockwood museum..
This year's event will be based on an amazing novella, written by lead writer A.C.Parsons, entitled:
“SUNSET OVER SUNSET.”
Hollywood, 1930.
After a shocking tragedy in New York, three young women board a cross-country bus bound for Hollywood, each determined to leave the past behind. They arrive in a city built on dreams, where a struggling motion picture studio is fighting to survive the upheaval of the talking-picture revolution.
Blending historical fiction, mystery, ghost story, and classic noir, Sunset on Sunset is a haunting tale of Hollywood's Golden Age, where some secrets echo long after the final curtain falls. THIS AMAZING NOVELLA WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE AT THE EVENT!!!

Enjoy a mobile storytelling and dramatic immersive experience from some of the area's best actors & performers, that harkens back to the golden age of the ghost story. On your terrifying trek, your group MAY even encounter some of the troubled spirits who haunt the mansion to this day.
