Cancellation Policy:
CANCELLATION POLICY: If the night of your Sir Henry's event is cancelled, you will be permitted to utilize your equal value tickets on any other night for any season of the event (AKA: rain check). Sir Henry's will inform customers that the event is cancelled a minimum of 1 hour before the listed opening hour of the evening via social media channels and an email blast to those subscribed to the newsletter. Sir Henry's cannot reach out individually to each customer to inform them of a cancellation, but they will make every reasonable effort to do so.
