There are no refunds if you arrive too late. Tickets are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy:
Arrival times and dates are final once purchased—no cancellations will be accepted for any reason. Changes only if you have set up an online account with HauntPay to be able to do so and if the ticket price is the same. Otherwise no changes will be handled in office or by email. Guests will have sufficient time to enjoy all attractions regardless of their chosen arrival time; However, timely arrival is required to guarantee entry. All attractions are indoors or under cover, and will remain open rain or shine.
