Refund Policy:
All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable. Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or credit if a guest is unable or chooses not to attend. Tickets are valid only for the date selected at the time of purchase. Terror Falls Haunted Farm is an outdoor attraction and may close due to severe weather or other circumstances that make it unsafe to operate. If Terror Falls Haunted Farm cancels an operating night, tickets purchased for that date will remain valid and may be used on another available operating night during the current season. VIP Fear Passes are upgrades and require a valid Fear Pass (General Admission) for entry. Purchasing a VIP Fear Pass without a Fear Pass does not qualify for a refund.
Cancellation Policy:
Terror Falls Haunted Farm is an outdoor attraction and operates weather permitting. Terror Falls reserves the right to delay opening, close early, or cancel an operating night due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If Terror Falls Haunted Farm cancels an operating night, tickets purchased for that date may be used on another available operating night during the current season. Tickets are nonrefundable. Please check our website and social media before traveling to Terror Falls for the latest information regarding weather, closures, delays, or changes to operating hours.
