All ticket sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued unless the event is officially canceled or rescheduled by Haunt For A Cause Inc. In the event of a cancellation or reschedule, ticket holders must contact us directly within 48 hours of the scheduled event to coordinate options. You may either call us or visit us on-site to discuss available solutions. Failure to contact us within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of refund or reschedule eligibility. Cancellation Policy:

Haunt For A Cause Inc. reserves the right to cancel or postpone any event due to severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation or postponement: All ticket holders will be notified via email and/or social media as soon as possible. Tickets will either be honored on the rescheduled date or eligible for refund coordination. Guests must contact us or visit the event site within 48 hours of the original event date to arrange refund or reschedule options. If no contact is made within 48 hours, tickets will be considered redeemed and non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and support. As a nonprofit, we do everything we can to ensure the event goes on as planned—while keeping safety and experience top of mind.
