This is a general admission access. You do not have a specific time so be aware that lines start forming before the haunt opens. Entrance will be first come first served in groups of 4-6 every 90 seconds. Lines can get very long on the last weekends, be prepared to wait or look into our VIP pass.
Box Office opens at 6:30 PM.

Cancellation Policy:
An event can only be canceled by the venue and/or event organizer. If the venue or event organizer cancels an event, you will be refunded within 4 business days of the event date for your purchase.
