Once tickets are purchased, refunds are not allowed. However, please note that we are located in Alabama and are not affiliated with any haunted house in Florida, so we do not issue refunds for tickets intended for a Florida-based Warehouse31. Please also be aware that a 10% "Sales Tax" has already been included in the ticket prices.
