Haunted Calgary Terms and Conditions
All guests MUST read before purchasing tickets and before entering the attraction.
By purchasing your ticket, and/or by entering the attraction, you agree to the following:
Warnings
· You enter this attraction at your own risk.
· You may experience intense audio, lighting, extreme low visibility, strobe lights, fog, special effects, sudden actions, and an overall physically-demanding environment.
· You should NOT ENTER this attraction if you suffer from asthma, heart conditions, prone to seizures, respiratory medical issues, claustrophobia, or if you are pregnant.
· The experience may be too intense or scary for guests under the age of 12. Parental discretion is advised, and the Low Scare event is recommended for young children.
· We can not offer refunds.
· The holder of this ticket, or their legal guardian, understands that there is an inherent risk involved with attending Haunted Calgary. By entering, you voluntarily assume all risks and dangers associated with participation in this haunted attraction. In consideration and acceptance of entrance into the haunted attraction, you agree to release Haunted Calgary, its owners, employees, volunteers, New Horizon Mall, and Rocky View County from any liability, harm, injury or death, cost or expense whatsoever that may arise directly or indirectly from attending Haunted Calgary.
Rules
· Haunted Calgary has the right to refuse admission to or expel any person not deemed safe for the attraction, including, but not limited to people who appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and anyone who is acting in an aggressive or unruly manner.
· Smoking, lighters, and open flame of any kind are not allowed in the attraction or the New Horizon Mall parkade.
· Touching our actors or props is not allowed.
· Photography and videography are not allowed inside the attraction. We’d love you to keep the secrets of Haunted Calgary to yourself, so we don’t spoil the experience for future guests. You are welcome to take photos and video in the queue line area and the Monster Mash Memory Parlour.
· Dressing up in costume is allowed and encouraged, so long as vision or movement is not impaired.
