Reach far, far back into the darkest crevices of the human psyche. Explore the demented thoughts and twisted secrets that Calgarians keep tucked away.

Dare to traverse the twisted minds of Calgary's most sinister characters, from the homicidal Hatchet, whose love for his beautiful Sarah led to his murderous rampage to the maniacal experiments of Dr. Removalimb. Frolic through the fields of Flix's frenetic mind. Fear the glowing red eyes of Felix lurking from the abyss. And that's just the beginning.

Five-year-old you was right. Dangerous, unseen things lurk in the shadows, just out of sight. Once you confront them, you may never sleep again.

"This year's production of the Skeletons in our Closets is the darkest yet" shared Ian Campbell, the Construction Director of Haunted Calgary Productions Inc. "Your heart will race, your palms will sweat, and you'll be left wondering just what your neighbour is hiding."

Our team has worked tirelessly to create an entirely new experience for our 2023 season. From the ground up, we've conjured a brand new story that will leave you questioning everything you thought you knew about Calgary.

Haunted Calgary Productions Inc. is a Calgary-based haunted attraction that has been terrifying guests since its inception as a home-haunt in the early 1990s that moved to New Horizon Mall in 2019. With a variety of shows, themes, and events during the Halloween season and throughout the year, there is something for every level of fear. FAQ

Is there an age limit?

We recommend ages 12+ for this event. For younger kids, make sure you check out our low-scare events starting October 14, 2023. This event is designed to be scary. Please use your best parental discretion.

Is Haunted Calgary wheelchair accessible?

Yes! However, there may be a few tight spots, especially if props get banged around by scared patrons throughout the night. For that reason, we'll provide a character escort to make your experience as smooth and terrifying as possible.

Do you charge for parking?

No. There is plenty of parking at New Horizon Mall. Most guests can drive right into the parkade where we are located. If that lot is full, there is plenty more parking above ground. Access the underground parkade at the NW corner of the mall (closest to Highway 2 and CrossIron Mills)- look for the big black rollup doors- drive up slowly and they will open automatically.

How large can my group be?

We love large groups! This event would be perfect for teambuilding. However, the best haunted house experience is intimate. We limit groups entering the attraction to 6 at a time to make sure everyone gets a good scare. If you survive, you'll meet up again at the exit.

How do I find the attraction?

We are located in the underground parkade at New Horizon Mall in Balzac. It's best to drive right into the parkade from the NW corner of the mall.

Are tickets refundable?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds. Tickets are transferrable to another guest.
