If you are brave enough to make it through the trail your horrifying night is not yet over. You exit the trail and you enter into an unguided nightmare of a Real Haunted House that will send chills so far up your spine that you’ll feel it for a year. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Booger Jim's Hollow is intended for your enjoyment. The consumption of drugs, alcohol, smoking, or the possession of explosives, fireworks, or weapons of any kind on the property is strictly prohibited. Under-age drinkers will be arrested. Disorderly or aggressive behavior towards other patrons or volunteers will result in immediate ejection from the venue with out a refund. 

By participating in Booger Jim's Hollow and associated activities, you assume all risks and hazards associated with this event, and knowingly and freely assume the risk of any personal injury, property damage, or property loss that you may suffer, incur, or sustain which could in any way be construed to be connected with your participation in the activities at Booger Jim's Hollow. Booger Jim's Hollow is meant to Scare and terrify, and assumes no responsibility to how you or others around you react to such scares. In addition, the trail is very uneven and by design poorly lit with many obstacles, structures, hills, and valleys that are potential hazards, Along with several attractions such as a Slide, crawl space, foam room, swinging bridge, and several other physical activities that you can choose to participate in while attending Booger Jim's Hollow. All of the attractions like the slide, foam room, crawl space, swinging bridge, and other physical activities are optional with paths to go around them and by signing this waiver you acknowledge that you understand this and are not obligated to participate in these activities. You assume full responsibility in being fully prepared with the proper attire for such hazards including proper foot wear. Also if you are pregnant you can not attend Booger Jim's Hollow. If you are knowingly or unknowingly pregnant and decide to attend by signing this waiver you take full responsibility for any injuries or loss of any kind to you and your unborn child.

Furthermore by signing this waiver you take full responsibility for your own actions and the actions of your children. Every minor must be accompanied by an adult authorized by that minor's parent or legal guardian to sign the waiver. Children under the age of 13 must have a parent or legal guardian accompany them during the entire event. The responsible party signing the waiver will take full responsibility for any injuries, property loss, or nightmares suffered while attending, or as a result of attending Booger Jim's Hollow. Upon entering the property you assume all risks and responsibilities, and waive Booger Jim's Hollow of any and all responsibilities, including, but not limited to permanent impairment and/or death. 

Booger Jim's Hollow is meant for the entertainment of its guests. Every photo, video, or any form of graphic content that is taken at Booger Jim's Hollow or is related to Booger Jim's Hollow in any way, is subject to copywrite. Photos, Videos, and or any graphic content taken or posted by customers anywhere may and could be used for advertising purposes of Booger Jim's Hollow.
