FAQ

Is there an age limit?

Our low-scare edition is generally appropriate for all ages. There are no monsters jumping out at you, the lighting is a little brighter, and the sound is a little quieter. However, some props are still a little spooky and gory- this is essentially a brighter version of our scary haunt, with none of the scary people. If you're looking for more of a thrill, make sure you check out our full-scare events.

Is Haunted Calgary wheelchair accessible?

Yes! However, there may be a few tight spots. For that reason, we'll provide a character escort to make your experience as smooth and terrifying as possible.

Do you charge for parking?

No. There is plenty of parking at New Horizon Mall. Most guests can drive right into the parkade where we are located. If that lot is full, there is plenty more parking above ground. Access the underground parkade at the NW corner of the mall (closest to Highway 2 and CrossIron Mills)- look for the big black rollup doors- drive up slowly and they will open automatically.

How do I find the attraction?

We are located in the underground parkade at New Horizon Mall in Balzac. It's best to drive right into the parkade from the NW corner of the mall.

Are tickets refundable?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds. Tickets are transferrable to another guest.
